A man forbidden from even being at Waywayseecappo First Nation was nabbed there by police Tuesday afternoon, with marijuana.
Officers from the Prairie Mountain RCMP were tipped off at about 3 p.m. that day that Tommy Thong Lee, 27, was in Waywayseecappo, contrary to a court order.
They say they found Lee at a home in Wayway and allege that he was also in possession of a quantity of marijuana at the time.
Lee has since been charged with possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking and three counts of failing to comply with his recognizance.
Lee was remanded in custody and was scheduled to appear in Waywayseecappo provincial court yesterday.
RCMP continue to investigate.
