The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Devyn Erle Gemmell, who is wanted by police.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Gemmell, 31, who is charged with impaired driving, refusing a breathalyzer and failing to attend court.
Police report that on Nov. 29, a man was stopped and arrested for impaired driving.
The suspect was belligerent with police and later refused to provide a sample of his breath.
After his release, the suspect failed to attend court on Feb. 4.
