Dauphin police say that the driver of a truck was impaired when he failed to signal a turn at one intersection and then didn’t stop at a second intersection.
Officers from the Dauphin RCMP pulled the pickup over after noting the traffic infractions at about 2:30 a.m. on Sunday.
The driver of the truck showed signs of being impaired and was arrested, then taken to the Dauphin detachment, where breath tests were conducted.
A 21-year-old man from St. Andrews is scheduled to appear in Dauphin provincial court on May 22 on a charge of impaired driving.
