A woman says she was threatened by a man at gunpoint, but a police search failed to turn up the weapon.
Police say they were called on May 8 about the threats, which allegedly happened on April 20.
The accused man had allegedly pointed some type of long gun at the woman while threatening her.
The incident reportedly happened inside a home on Caribou Way, where the man lives.
When police found and arrested him Thursday, they searched the home as well as his vehicle, but were unable to locate a firearm.
Nevertheless, a 32-year-old Brandon man is to appear in court on June 11 to face charges of uttering threats, pointing a firearm and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
