A seven-year-old boy was slightly hurt after riding his bike into a passing car over the weekend.
Police say the accident happened just before 3 p.m. on Sunday on about the 400-block of 11th Street East.
The boy had apparently ridden his bike out of a laneway and struck the side of a car as it drove past. He was treated at the scene for minor injuries, but didn’t need to be taken to hospital.
Neither the boy nor the driver are in any police trouble for the incident.
