Police continued their month-long crackdown on distracted driving over the weekend, and they found 30 more scofflaws from Friday through Sunday.
Eleven of those tickets were for cellphone use behind the wheel, while the others were for a variety of Highway Traffic Act offences, including not wearing a seatbelt, not having insurance or disobeying a traffic control device.
Police say they will continue the ticketing blitz until Wednesday, the end of April, and will release full statistics after that.
