Police investigating three break-ins

A rash of break-ins in Brandon continued earlier this week.

Police were called to a break-in on the 800-block of Fifth Street on Tuesday that had happened sometime between 7 a.m. that morning and 11:30 p.m. the night before. A men’s mountain bike was stolen from an unlocked garage.

Then, officers went to a business in the 1700-block of Pacific Avenue that had also been broken into sometime overnight. The front door was damaged during the break-in, but nothing was taken from inside.

Similarly, a business in the 400-block of Rosser Avenue also had its front door damaged sometime between Monday at 6:30 p.m. and Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. Again, however, nothing was taken.

Police say there were no witnesses to any of the break-ins and they currently have no suspects.
