After finding a vehicle stuck in a ditch near the North Hill, police say the apparent driver blew over.
Officers spotted the vehicle at about 4:40 a.m. on Friday, near 18th Street and Kirkcaldy Drive, where it was stuck in a ditch. A 37-year-old man was found with the vehicle and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, police say.
He later gave breath samples at the Brandon Police Service office that showed a blood-alcohol limit about triple the legal limit.
He was released to appear in court at a later date.
