WestJet recently launched the “Vote for Canada’s Favourite Festival!” contest.
The contest pitts some of the best festivals in the country against each other in a battle for fan supremacy.
Rockin’ the Fields of Minnedosa leads the way for festivals within the province, and sits 13th overall in Canada.
The Lieutenant Governor’s Winter Festival is second in the province, followed closely by Dauphin’s Countryfest and the Brandon Folk, Music and Art Festival.
The contest asks that fans vote for their favourite festival with each ballot cast entering them into a draw for a chance to win one of five prize packs — each valued between $2,500 and $3,000.
Prizes include packages to the Spring Okanagan Wine Festival, Calgary Stampede, Halifax International Buskers Festival, The Fair at Pacific national Exhibition Festival and Winterlude Festival.
Festival fans can go to westjetfestivals.com to submit their vote and enter to win.

Its good to see that West Jet is keen on supporting Fests like http://www.rockinthefields.ca/ and that they might be moving service to Brandon...Its a wonder there has not been national and international connections in Brandon years ago....
Everyone get out and Let Westjet know you want them in Brandon...your city will move up a huge notch...Id rather fly out of Brandon than Regina or Winnipeg
