Police were kept busy Friday night and Saturday morning due to what they called “extremely icy road conditions.”
Police said there were several motor vehicle collisions due to slippery conditions, but there were no serious injuries as a result.
City of Brandon and Department of Highways sanders and salt trucks worked to improve the road conditions overnight and into the morning.
