The Sheepdogs of Saskatoon will rock the fields come summer time.

Organizers of Rockin’ the Fields of Minnedosa have set their main acts for this year’s festivities, set for the August long weekend.

The Sheepdogs will play on Friday night, Bret Michaels will take the main stage on Saturday night and Three Days Grace on Sunday.

Organizers have also pinned down Danko Jones, Econoline Crush and Tupelo Honey as supporting acts for the event, which takes place Aug. 1-3 at Minnedosa Beach.

Tickets are on sale now and early bird prices are in effect until the end of today — $140 for the weekend pass and $60 for the day pass, plus taxes.

Weekend passes go up to $160 after today.

Organizers say more acts will be added in the coming months.

This year marks the event’s 11th year and the modestly-sized two-stage festival brought in about 2,000 visits last year.

Camping tickets are also available for $60.

To purchase tickets, call 1-888-330-8333 or visit rockinthefields.ca.
