A 20-year-old Brandon man was charged with impaired driving after he was pulled over for speeding on the 800-block of 12th Street at around 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
The man appeared impaired, police say, and was taken the Brandon Police Service station where he failed a breathalyzer.
He is due to appear in court on Thursday to face charges.
