Manitoba RCMP say two men suspected in a house fire in Dauphin that left a teenager in critical condition were being escorted back to Manitoba on Friday after being arrested in British Columbia earlier this week.
Sean Barry Douglas Nepinak, 24, and Seamus John Nepinak, 22, are charged with arson with disregard for human life. The men are both from Dauphin.
Police have said there were four people in a home when fire broke out on Aug. 30. Everyone escaped, but a 17-year-old male from Ste. Rose du Lac was seriously injured. The teen remains in critical condition.
The suspects will remain in police custody pending a court appearance in Winnipeg today.
