A 14-year-old girl accused of slapping another girl will face an assault charge.
Police say that a 13-year-old girl was slapped by another girl during a dispute while they were at a south-end shopping mall.
The incident happened Jan. 25, but police only found and arrested the suspect on Thursday.
She will appear in court on Feb. 19.
