A teenage boy in Brandon is accused of committing an indecent act in his group home.
Police say the incident happened on Feb. 25 and was done in front of other residents of the home. The suspect, a resident of the home, is also accused of accessing the Internet, despite being under a court order not to.
The 15-year-old was arrested yesterday and is to appear in court on April 22 on charges of committing an indecent act and breaching his probation.
