A man seen speeding near 10th Street and Victoria Avenue early Sunday is facing an impaired driving charge.
The 27-year-old man from Arcola, Sask., was stopped by city police around 3:30 a.m. and had more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system.
He will appear in court on Thursday.
In a separate incident early Monday morning, police stopped a Ford Edge SUV that was driving erratically on the 600-block of 18th Street.
A 27-year-old woman from Brandon had twice the legal limit in her system, police say and will also appear in court Thursday to face an impaired driving charge.
