Two men in balaclavas and armed with some kind of blade attacked and injured a Brandon man, sending him to hospital Monday night.
The victim fled to a neighbour’s house, on Imperial Crescent, where police were called at about 8:15 p.m.
The 36-year-old victim says that the two suspects to his house and attacked him with what police called some kind of edged weapon.
He suffered non-life-threatening injuries to his upper body and extremities, and was taken to Brandon hospital.
Police say they searched for suspects but were unsuccessful. They continue to investigate.
