Temperatures stayed in the mid-teens all weekend and are expected to get as high as 19 C this week.
Today is expected to be a high of 16 C and a low of 4 C. Although the weather is welcomed, it pales in comparison to the record high of 27.8 C set on Oct. 15, 1988. There is a 30 per cent chance of showers throughout the day.
On Tuesday, the trend continues, with the expected warmest temperature of the week, as the mercury could rise to 19 C.
The mild weather is well above seasonal norms, which ranges between -1 C and 12 C this time of year.
Later in the week, Brandon will see a return to normal temperatures as Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are all expecting highs around 10 C.
