Need more nurses acting as nurses
My concern as a citizen of Brandon is why are there so many “nurses” as “managers” and so many different departments that could be amalgamated at the hospital? Secondly, we need more full-time nurses as nurses. Why are we using agency nurses to replace the shortage of nurses in Brandon — costing us more than a regular nurse?
In August, I travelled a long way to attend a cremation burial in a small town only to find out the burial had taken place earlier that day. The poor mother and sisters were in shock and the mourners had nothing to pay their respects to except a little patch of disturbed turf. And do they even know if their loved one’s remains are even buried there? These disrespectful people who did this should hang their heads in shame. I am sure God will see that justice is done.
Should be advantages for those with memberships
In response to the Sound Off, “Why Are We Being Left Behind?” As a hard-working, average income family, I make room in my budget for a family Y membership at almost $90 per month. I expect benefits for committing to a membership — like early registration for classes. I would like to see additional advantages for members such as a members-only night, since I had to wait more than an hour to access the pool with my family on a recent Friday evening.
