Assiniboine Community College’s Athletic Department announced that it raised $10,000 at its inaugural varsity athletic auction last month.
The event, which was held at The 40 on March 22, featured live and silent auctions as well as door prizes. All the money raised will be used to offset the cost of expenses for running the school’s basketball and volleyball teams.
