Both Assiniboine Community College Cougars soccer teams finished the home portion of their Manitoba Colleges Athletic Conference schedule without a win.
The Cougars men’s team (0-4-0) dropped a pair of games over the weekend at Optimist Park, falling 6-0 to the University of Saint Boniface Les Rouges (2-2-0) on Sunday and 3-0 to the Providence University College Pilots (4-0-0) on Saturday.
ACC’s women’s soccer team (0-3-0) lost 11-0 to PUC (3-0-0) on Saturday.
Meanwhile, the ACC women’s volleyball team swept the Oak Hills College Wolf Pack on the weekend. On Saturday, Annie Muir had nine kills in the Cougars’ 3-0 (25-15, 25-20, 25-16) victory. Stephanie Willey had 11 kills and four aces in Friday’s 3-0 (25-22, 25-11, 25-18) win.
