Ashleigh Brykaliuk had a goal and an assist to lead the Westman Wildcats to a 5-4 win over the NorMan Wild in a Manitoba Female Midget Hockey League game on Friday night in Hartney.
Jaycee Magwood, Amanda Coey, Melissa Hunt and Megan Robertson also scored for Westman (3-1-1), while Samantha Dyck had two assists. The Wild fell to 0-3-0 on the season.
The Wildcats and Wild will face off again in a rematch tonight at 8 o’clock in Hartney.
