Neepawa’s Halli Krzyzaniak set up the tying goal as Canada’s under-18 women’s hockey team came from behind in the third period to nip the United States 3-2 Thursday at Blaine, Minn.
Krzyzaniak, an alternate captain, assisted on Sydney McKibbons’ tying goal 4:03 into the third period. Eden Murray, a Medicine Hat, Alta., native whose parents are from Brandon, then set up Hannah Miller’s winner, scored with 4:04 remaining in the game.
