Trent Cassan of Medora is one of five candidates for the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League’s coach of the year award.
With two games remaining in the regular season, Cassan has led the Yorkton Terriers to a 35-13-1-3 record and a two-point edge on the Melville Millionaires for first place in the Sher-Wood Division.
