Birtle’s Katrina Clark’s goal last week helped her earn Manitoba Collegiate Athletic Conference female player of the week honours.
Clark helped the Red River College Rebels tie the Canadian Mennonite University Blazers 1-1 on Oct. 10 and send them into the league’s soccer playoffs on a positive note. Red River College and CMU will meet in a semifinal on Saturday.
