Club basketball slated

Triple Threat Basketball Training, a new club program, has been created in Brandon, featuring 15-and-under and 17-and-under boys’ teams this season.

The program runs in April and May, with practices twice a week and tournaments in Regina, Brandon and Winnipeg. There will be 12 players per team and the coaches are university-trained.

Tryouts will be Monday and Wednesday at Crocus Plains from 7 to 8:30 p.m. There’s no charge to try out, but the eight-week program costs $499 plus GST. For more information, go to triplecrownsports.ca or call 204-570-1766.
