Tyler Coulter’s second straight five-point game led the Brandon Wheat Kings to a 7-0 victory over the Parkland Rangers in a Manitoba AAA Midget Hockey League game Wednesday in Dauphin.
Coulter had two goals and three assists as the Wheat Kings Wheat Kings (23-6-2) moved into a tie for first place in the West Division with the Yellowhead Chiefs (23-9-2). Tanner Kaspick and Duncan Campbell also scored twice, with Kaspick adding an assist. Brett Kitt added a goal and two helpers, while Tyler Gutenberg made 19 saves for the shutout.
