The Crocus Plainsmen split their Westman High School Rugby League games on Friday, with the boys earning their second win of the season.
Brennan Campbell scored a pair of tries, while Dryden White-Eagle and Juan Pena both added singles as the Crocus boys (2-1) knocked off the host Dauphin Clippers 20-5. Garret Fletcher scored the try for the Clippers (0-2).
In the girls’ game, Monique Coffey and Ashley Addison both had two tries, with Brittney Williams also scoring for Clippers (1-1) in their 27-0 win over the Plainsmen (0-3). Odelle Fiola-Johnson kicked a convert for Dauphin.
In other boys’ games, it was: Minnedosa Chancellors 29, Vincent Massey Vikings 3; and Souris Sabres 36, Swan Valley Tigers 10. In girls’ action, it was: Chancellors 72, Vikings 0; and Sabres 69, Tigers 0.

At Massey, Tyler Shmon scored two tries, Blake Marchischuk, Brian Black and Matt Hudson added one and Justin McKinnon booted two converts for Minnedosa (2-0). Ty Kuz supplied the points for Massey (2-2) on a penalty kick.
Sabres 36 Tigers 10
At Souris, Sebastian Gohl and Michael Gohl both scored a pair of tries for Souris (3-0), while Michael Fortin and Tyson McRae each added singles and Adam Kowalchuk booted three conversions. Kyle Johansen and Colbe Oakes scored tries for Swan Valley (1-2), which trailed 19-10 at the half.
Chancellors 72 Vikings 0
At Massey, Sydney Ingenmey scored three tries and kicked six conversions to lead Minnedosa (2-0). Robin Bell also scored three tries, Mallory Workman added a pair and Hailey Rapsky, Alyssa Arvisais, Abby Rowan and Kaitlyn Burgess all had one. Massey dropped to 1-2.
Sabres 69 Tigers 0
At Souris, Kristen Kirkpatrick scored five tries, Kaylee Butterfield added four and Emma Boisvert had three for the Sabres (4-0), who have yet to surrender any points this season. Jessie Robbins supplied the other try for Souris, and Charlotte West kicked two converts. The Tigers fell to 1-1.
