The Crocus Plains girls and Neelin boys will be among the 16 boys and 16 girls teams competing in the provincial high school curling championships in Gladstone and Plumas this week.
Action gets underway on Thursday at 9 a.m., and runs all day Friday and Saturday through to the finals in Gladstone at 3:30 p.m. Among other Westman teams taking part are the Baldur Vikings, Minnedosa Chancellors, Virden Golden Bears, Strathclair Skyhawks and the host William Morton Warriors of Gladstone on the girls side. The Carberry Cougars, Dauphin Clippers, Russell Major Pratt Trojans, Virden and William Morton will compete in the boys event.
