Kurtis Cullen’s run at the Racquetball Canada Selection Event in Brossard, Que., lasted a lot shorter than he hoped.
The 20-year-old Brandonite, who is ranked ninth in the country, lost both of his matches. His event ended with a 15-9, 15-9 loss to Francis Guillemette from Mercier, Que., in a men’s singles consolation-side quarter-final on Saturday.
Cullen finished in a tie for 13th place.
