The Foxwarren Falcons came up just short of winning the Brandon Tournament of Champions’ Bantam AA title.
Foxwarren fell 5-4 to the Central Plains Capitals in Saturday’s AA final Saturday at Westman Place. Keenan Lewis led the Falcons with two goals and one assist. Dylan McCaughan had one goal and one assist for the Capitals.
Saskatoon Stallions 7
Winnipeg East Railcats 1
Jordan Unger recorded a hat trick to lead Saskatoon to a third-place finish in Bantam AA action. Sam Tackoboski replied for Winnipeg.

Brandon Wheat Kings 4
Pembina Valley Hawks 3 (SO)
Blake Jameson scored one goal and set up another in regulation as Brandon closed out with a win. Pembina Valley scored three times in the third to force the shootout.
Interlake Lightning 3
Westman Cougars 2 (SO)
Braden Billaney and Tyler Kirkup both scored for the Cougars in regulation time. Karson Collins and Jordan Kristijanson replied for Interlake.
Edge Mountaineers 5
Yellowhead Chiefs 4
Cole Krutkewich’s goal and assist weren’t enough for the Chiefs in their tournament finale. Sam MacBean had three helpers for the Mountaineers.
Parkland Rangers 4
Central Plains Capitals 3
Tristin Langan led Parkland with three assists. Braden Zamrykut scored twice for the Capitals.
Notre Dame Hounds 6
Eastman Selects 1
Brady Third and Nolan Reid both had one goal and one assists for Notre Dame. William Middleton replied for Eastman.
NW Ontario North Stars 11
NorMan Wolves 4
Evan Krassey scored four goals and set up another for the Stars. Michael Markus had a hat trick and an assist for the Wolves.
Black All-Stars 5 Red All-Stars 1
In Sunday’s all-star game, Westman Cougars’ Billaney had one goal and one assist to lead Team Black to victory. Brandon’s Connor Gutenberg added one assist. Brandon goalie Josh Peterson was in net for one period for Team Red.
BANTAM AAA FEMALE:
Red All-Stars 2 Black All-Stars 0
In Sunday’s all-star game, Dauphin’s Jessi Rampton scored the opening goal for Team Red in their win. Yellowhead’s Kennedy Wanless was one of three goalies for Team Red.
