Ham picked West's player of the week

MacGregor native Tyler Ham of the Central Plains Capitals has been named the Chicken Chef West Division player of the week in the Manitoba AAA Midget Hockey League.

The 16-year-old forward, who beat out Taylor Sanheim of the Yellowhead Chiefs for this week’s honours, fired three goals and assisted on two others in three games to help the Capitals earn five out of a possible six points with two victories and a shootout loss last week.
