Neelin’s Dylan Minshull was named the Elite Performance Centre Offensive Player of the Year for the Winnipeg High School Football League’s Andy Currie Division at the league’s awards night in Winnipeg on Wednesday.
Minshull, who set a new Andy Currie record with 1,430 rushing yards during a season in which the Spartans reached the division final, was also named to the division’s all-star team. He was joined by four teammates in offensive lineman Cole Ketchen, defensive lineman Brandon Williams, linebacker Brock Hiltner and defensive back Quinton Hunter.
