The fourth-place Dodgers (7-12-0) will host the fifth-place Farmers (2-17-0) in Monday’s single elimination game (6:30 p.m.) that will decide which club advances to the league semifinals against the pennant-winning Brandon Cloverleafs (16-4-0). That best-of-five series is scheduled to open next Friday at Andrews Field at 7 p.m.
The other semifinal series features the second-place Brandon Marlins (15-4-1) against the third-place Reston Rockets (8-11-1), the league’s defending champions. That series starts at Andrews Field on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
Sean Dryden struck out six over six innings as the Cloverleafs clinched the regular-season pennant on Wednesday night with a 15-1 triumph over the Farmers in Neepawa to finish one point up on the Marlins.
