Justin McDonald made 43 saves as the host OCN Blizzard took over sole possession of first place in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League with a 5-3 win over the Swan Valley Stampeders on Wednesday night.
Kolton Baptiste had a goal and an assist, while Roger Tagoona had two helpers for the Blizzard (30-14-4).
Brayden MacDonald tallied a goal and set up another for the Stampeders (26-15-4), while Jordan Neduzak and Kyle Smart rounded out the Swan Valley scoring.
