Storm volleyball tryouts slated

Tryouts for the Brandon-based Under-13 and U14 Storm girls club volleyball teams will be held next month.

Under the direction of local high school coach Kevin Neufeld, the Storm tryouts will be held Sunday, Dec. 9 at Neelin and Sunday, Dec. 16 at Kirkcaldy Heights from 1-3 p.m. The tryout fee is $25. The U13 team (players born in 2000 or later) will be coached by Scott Neufeld of the Brandon University Bobcats, while the U14 team (players born in 1999 or later) will be coached by Kim Grimshaw, with BU athlete Meaghan Robertson assisting.
