Tiger Hills: Cougars even series with Carberry

Drew Anderson, Luke Mangin and Bryan Ritsema scored as the Swan Lake Cougars beat the host Carberry Plainsmen 3-1 on Saturday to tie their Tiger Hills Hockey League East Division final 1-1. Brandon Blair replied for the Plainsmen.

Swan Lake hosts Game 3 of the best-of-seven set Tuesday at 8:30 p.m.

In the West final, the Killarney Shamrocks, who trail the series 1-0, were slated to host the Deloraine Royals in Game 2 late Sunday night. The result was unavailable as of press time.
