Tuivai leads way for Bobcats

Sam Tuivai had 15 kills to lead the Brandon University Bobcats to a 3-0 (25-23, 26-24, 26-24) sweep of the Calgary Dinos in Canada West men’s volleyball play Friday night at the Healthy Living Centre.

Roy Ching added 10 kills and Dan Boutwell had nine more for Brandon (7-2).

Craig Lowe, who played in place of an injured Rob McLean, had seven kills and seven digs. Greg Mann led Calgary (2-7) with 13 kills.

The two teams will meet again tonight at 6:45 p.m.
