Stephan Vigier of Notre Dame de Lourdes is set for his first full season of professional hockey.
The 24-year-old forward has signed a one-year contract with the ECHL’s Cincinnati Cyclones, the affiliate of the NHL’s Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators. Vigier, who racked up 39 goals and 92 points in 151 NCAA games over four seasons at Northern Michigan University, turned pro in the spring at the end of his college season, firing five goals in eight ECHL games. Vigier played a couple of seasons in the MJHL with the Swan Valley Stampeders.
