The Westman FC Fury fell 7-3 to FC North West of Winnipeg in the semifinals of the under-16 division in Winnipeg Minor Soccer Association action on Sunday in Winnipeg.
Danny Pedraza of Brandon scored two second-half goals to trim the lead to 4-3 at one point, while Kaeden Heide of Killarney had the other goal for Westman.
After posting a .500 record against Winnipeg-based Premier and Developmental division teams, the Fury will now begin their indoor tournament season.
