Westman trio cracks Prairie Wolf Pack lineup

Three Westman players have cracked the final roster for the Prairie Wolf Pack under-19 men’s rugby team.

Brandon’s Bryce Colquhoun, a graduate of the Vincent Massey Vikings high school team, made the final 26-player Wolf Pack squad along with Sheldon Kowalchuk and Nathan Greig, both from the powerhouse Souris Sabres high school squad.

All three are now members of the Brandon Barbarians senior men’s program.

The Westman trio will suit up for the Prairie regional Wolf Pack squad — featuring players from Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta — at the upcoming Canadian rugby championship, scheduled for July 14-20 in St. John’s, N.L.
