Three Westman hockey players will be representing Canada in a three-game series with the United States later this week.
Neepawa defenceman Halli Krzyzaniak, Brandon forward Ashleigh Brykaliuk and Cassidy Carels, a forward from Bruxelles, were named to the national under-18 roster.
The team will compete against the United States under-18 women’s team in Blaine, Minn., on Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
Krzyzaniak, Brykaliuk and Carels are the only Manitoba representatives on the national team.
