The Brandon Wheat Kings had four different goal scorers as they slipped past the Central Plains Capitals 4-3 in a Winnipeg AAA Bantam Hockey League Division 1 game Sunday Afternoon at Westman Place.
Brendan Kokorudz, Hunter Goodon, Chipper Osiname and Jackson Popple all found the back of the net for Brandon.
On Saturday at Wawanesa, the Southwest Cougars were shut out for the second straight game by the Thunder Bay Kings. The Cougars, who were short-staffed due to the flu bug, fell 4-0 to the Kings after dropping a 5-0 decision to Thunder Bay on Friday.
