Wildcats' Campbell contains Chiefs

Kristen Campbell made 24 saves to backstop the Westman Wildcats to a 3-0 victory over the Yellowhead Chiefs in a Manitoba Female Midget Hockey League game Wednesday night in Hartney.

Karissa Haney and Ashleigh Brykaliuk had a goal and an assist each, while Jaycee Magwood also scored for the Wildcats (2-1-1), who host NorMan in Hartney on Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m., both days.

Sky Brown made 43 saves for Yellowhead (2-1-0), which entertains Pembina Valley on Saturday at 7 p.m., in Shoal Lake.
