Jaycee Magwood and Melissa Hunt both scored once and set up another as the Westman Wildcats beat the Central Plains Capitals 3-1 on Saturday night at Hartney.
Karissa Haney also score for Westman (1-1-1), which picked up its first win of the Manitoba Female Midge Hockey League season.
Westman returns to the ice on Wednesday when it hosts the Yellowhead Chiefs in Hartney at 8 p.m.
