The Art Gallery of Southwestern Manitoba in The Town Centre hosted a delightful reception on Jan. 16.
Those who attended the free event were able to enjoy a glass of wine as well as delicious finger foods.
The reception was held to introduce "Ossuary" by Shirley Brown. The gallery states that "Ossuary" brings to a close an almost two-decade long project of recovering a vanished civilization of birds, which began with finding 29 bird skeletons in an abandoned stove in 1996.
This thought-provoking display will be available for viewing until March 22.
