Tables of exquisite food and wine, beautiful people all dressed up, and amazing hosts and hostesses all made for a very wonderful evening at this sold out event. On April 17, the North Hill Campus Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts building hosted the annual International Wine and Food Festival. Culinary Arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management students prepared up to 50 fabulous wine and food pairings from around the world for an evening of culinary delight. The ambiance of this Manitoba Heritage building combined with the classy atmosphere all made for a very enchanting evening.
