I attended a free foundations class for the first time a few weeks ago, nervous and intimidated and not sure what to expect.

Guess what I discovered? I discovered it was not intimidating and I wanted more.

On Dec. 14, I was invited to an ugly Christmas sweater party at the Crossfit Rocked gym and had a beautiful time in an ugly sweater.

If you want to look better, feel better, meet people, and conquer your own fear, I would recommend giving it a try.

I have gone a few times now and I am hooked. The first few classes are free — and everyone loves free!

You don’t need to be an athlete. You don’t need to be fit. You don’t need to be strong. You just need to show up. And once a year, find an ugly sweater!
