A man was arrested on weapons charges Wednesday evening after he was allegedly found passed out in the laundry room of an apartment complex.
Police were called to the multi-unit residence on the 300 block of Sixth Street to attend to the man, who was taken into custody.
A search incidental to arrest turned up a set of brass knuckles in his possession, and police learned he was on court orders not to possess any weapons.
The 26-year-old man was arrested for possession of a prohibited weapon, breaching a release order and possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order.
He was taken into custody to be released when sober and appear in court in July.
