A locksmith helped police to respond to a 911 call that resulted in an arrest.
Brandon police say they received an emergency call from an address on the 400 block of 12th Street. Police received no answer at the door, so they called a locksmith to get them inside.
Inside the home, police found an intoxicated man and woman. The man was on an undertaking with conditions that he not attend the home and that he abstain from drinking alcohol.
A 38-year-old man was arrested, to be released once sober. He will appear in court in May.
